摘 要:目的探讨饮食营养干预联合有氧运动训练对轻、中度老年痴呆患者认知功能、营养状况及代谢功能的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年3月在本院诊治的96例轻、中度老年痴呆患者,按照随机数字表法将入组患者分为对照组(n=48,采用有氧运动训练治疗)和干预组(n=48,采用饮食营养干预联合有氧运动训练治疗)。比较两组干预前后的认知功能、营养状况、代谢功能、生活质量、日常生活能力及并发症。结果干预后,干预组简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、体质指数(BMI)、腹壁皮褶厚度、前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TF)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及生活质量评分量表(GQOL)、日常生活能力评分量表(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间,干预组并发症发生率4.16%(2/48)明显低于对照组16.65%(8/48)(P<0.05)。结论饮食营养干预联合有氧运动训练治疗可明显改善轻、中度老年痴呆患者的认知功能、营养状况及代谢功能,生活质量、日常生活能力也得以显著提高,且安全性佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of dietary nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise training on cognitive function,nutritional status and metabolic function of patients with mild and moderate senile dementia.Methods 96 patients with mild to moderate senile dementia treated in the hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=48,treated with aerobic exercise training)and intervention group(n=48,treated with dietary nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise training)according to random number table method.Cognitive function,nutritional status,metabolic function,quality of life,ability of daily living and complications were compared between the 2 groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,in the intervention group,the scores of Simple Intelligence Status Examination Scale(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score,Body Mass Index(BMI),Abdominal Skin Fold Thickness,Prealbumin(PA),Albumin(ALB),Hemoglobin(Hb),Transferrin(TF),High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),Quality of Life Rating Scale(GQOL)and Daily Living Ability Rating Scale(ADL)were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the complication rate of 4.16%(2/48)in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group 16.65%(8/48)(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise training can obviously improve the cognitive function,nutritional status and metabolic function of the patients with mild and moderate senile dementia,and the quality of life and the ability of daily living can also be significantly improved,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
