摘  要:针对发射过程燃烧室压力波动异常情况导致的不稳定燃烧会产生足以对发射设备造成破坏的巨大膛压问题,对其影响因素进行研究。采用仿真与实验结合手段,分析弹丸质量、药室容积、点火直径和点火位置等因素对压力波动的影响规律。结果表明:通过合理设计发射条件,可降低压力波动的幅值,为氢氧发射安全提供设计依据。Aiming at the problem that the unstable combustion caused by the abnormal pressure fluctuation of the combustion chamber during the launch process can produce huge chamber pressure which can cause damage to the launch equipment,the influencing factors were studied.The influence of projectile mass,chamber volume,ignition diameter and ignition position on pressure fluctuation was analyzed by means of simulation and experiment.The results show that the amplitude of pressure fluctuation can be reduced by reasonable design of launch conditions,which provides a design basis for the safety of hydrogen and oxygen launch.
