摘  要:高校宿舍空间有限且通风不佳,易发生真菌污染问题。壁面真菌对建筑物与居住者都构成诸多危害,虽然控制室内的温度和湿度可以有效抑制真菌生长,但不可避免地会增加建筑能耗。因此,对真菌控制与建筑节能而言,了解真菌群落组成并制定针对性防控策略至关重要。为探究重庆高校宿舍室内壁面真菌群落的季节性变化,选取29间污染宿舍,使用拭子采样、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)以及高通量测序技术分析了4个季节的真菌样本。结果显示:子囊菌门是优势真菌门,曲霉属是优势真菌属。另外,季节对真菌群落多样性和分布的影响并不显著。因此,真菌防控策略可优先针对曲霉属,且无需根据季节进行调整。University dormitories,characterized by limited space and poor ventilation,are prone to indoor fungal contamination.Wall surface fungi pose numerous hazards to both buildings and occupants.While controlling the indoor temperature and humidity can effectively inhibit fungal growth,it inevitably increases building energy consumption.Hence,for fungal control and building energy conservation,it is important to understand the composition of the fungal community and formulate targeted prevention and control strategies.To explore the seasonal variation of fungal communities on the indoor wall surfaces of university dormitories in Chongqing,this study selected 29 contaminated dormitories and analyzed fungal samples over four seasons using swab sampling,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and high-throughput sequencing techniques.Results indicate that Ascomycota is the dominant fungal phylum and Aspergillus is the dominant fungal genus.Moreover,the effect of seasons on the diversity and distribution of the fungal community is insignificant.Consequently,fungal prevention and control strategies can mainly target Aspergillus,and adjustments are not necessary based on the seasons.
