摘 要:北戴河国家湿地公园土壤有机碳含量和碳密度的动态变化分析,能为湿地土壤固碳能力评价及湿地碳库管理提供数据支持。以北戴河国家湿地公园为研究对象,采用重铬酸钾氧化-外加热法测定不同区域表层0~30cm深度土壤有机碳,根据土壤有机碳含量计算土壤碳密度。通过Pearson相关性分析,明确土壤有机碳的影响因子。结果表明:该区土壤表层有机碳含量为(1.95±0.21)~(11.66±1.32)g/kg,有机碳密度为(0.93±0.13)~(5.93±0.12)kg/m^(2),不同植被类型的有机碳和有机碳密度表现出明显的差异性,均表现为海三棱藨草(Bolboschoenoplectus mariqueter)>香蒲(Typhaorientalis)>芦苇(Phragmitesaustralis)>盐地碱蓬(Suaedasalsa)>光滩;土壤有机碳和有机碳密度的分布不仅与植被类型有关,还与高程、距新河河流的距离有关。Pearson相关性分析显示,TN、C/N、电导率及p H值是影响土壤碳含量的关键因子。To understand the dynamic changes of soil organic carbon content and carbon density in Beidaihe National Wetland Park and to provide data support for evaluating wetland soil carbon sequestration capacity and managing wetland carbon storage.This study focused on Beidaihe National Wetland Park.The soil organic carbon at depths of 0~30 cm in different areas was measured using the potassium dichromate oxidation external heating method,and the soil carbon density was calculated based on the soil organic carbon content.Through Pearson correlation analysis,identify the influencing factors of soil organic carbon.The results showed that the surface soil organic carbon content ranged from(1.95±0.21)g/kg to(11.66±1.32)g/kg,organic carbon density ranged from(0.93±0.13)kg/m^(2) to(5.93±0.12)kg/m^(2),and differed significantly under different vegetation types,all of with a tendency of Bolboschoenoplectus mariqueter>Typha orientalis>Phragmites australis>Suaeda salsa>light beach;The distribution of soil organic carbon and organic carbon density was not only related to vegetation type,but also to elevation and distance from Xinhe River.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the key factors of affecting soil carbon content was TN、C/N ratio、conductivity and pH value.
