我国三大城市群气候金融水平时空格局与驱动因素分析

摘　　要：以京津冀、长三角和珠三角三大城市群为研究对象,从发展环境、气候投资、气候融资、气候成效4个核心维度构建了气候金融指数体系,旨在全面评估并剖析2008—2023年三大城市群气候金融发展的整体水平及时空发展格局。结果显示,三大城市群气候金融指数均呈显著增长态势,京津冀协同发展但内部不均衡现象突出,珠三角与长三角虽增长迅速但协同合作仍有待加强。三大城市群气候金融发展重心向东北移动,社会消费能力、服务业发展水平及金融发展水平等是影响三大城市群气候金融空间格局的关键驱动力。It systematically examines the overall development and spatio-temporal patterns of climate finance in the three major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta from 2008 to 2023. A comprehensive climate finance index system is constructed, incorporating four core dimensions: development environment, climate investment,climate finance and climate effectiveness. The results reveal a significant growth trend in the climate finance index across all three regions. Notably, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration maintains a leading position in climate financial development, but faces internal imbalances, while the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta show strong growth, though their collaborative efforts still need improvement. Additionally, the center of climate finance development has shifted towards the northeastern regions. The key driving forces influencing the spatial pattern of climate finance include social consumption capacity, service industry development, and financial development.
