摘 要:水利工程中引水隧洞建设,截齿性能至关重要.为了提高其工作效能,掘进装备设计需充分考虑地层地质与围压条件.水利工程中常见的砂页岩层对施工速度影响较大.以秘鲁圣佳旺III水电站引水隧洞建设项目中的软硬互层岩层为例,采用截齿截割仿真建模技术,模拟不同围压水平对岩石的影响.在PFC 2D环境中构建二维侵岩仿真模型,并评估截齿截割载荷与裂纹扩展特性.其研究结果表明:围压和齿间距均一定程度上影响了岩石裂纹生成与扩展机制;随着围压水平的增加,岩石强度相应增加,同时岩石内部所产生的裂纹数量降低,导致贯入给定深度岩层所需截割力增加;合理设置齿间距,可有效促进相邻截齿间侧向裂纹的交汇,进而明显降低截割力水平.In the construction of diversion tunnels in hydraulic engineering,the performance of cutter tools is paramount during the construction of water diversion tunnels.To enhance their operational efficiency,the design of tunneling equipment must thoroughly consider the geological conditions of the strata and the surrounding pressures.The presence of sandstone layers,commonly encountered in hydraulic projects,substantially impacts the speed of construction.By using the San Gaban III hydropower station's diversion tunnel project in Peru,which features interlayered soft and hard rock formations,as a case study,we adopted cutter cutting simulation modeling techniques to simulate the effects of different confining pressure levels on rock.A two-dimensional rock intrusion simulation model was developed within the PFC 2D environment,and we assessed the characteristics of the cutter cutting load and crack propagation.The results of the study suggest that both confining pressure and the spacing between cutters significantly influence the mechanisms of rock crack initiation and propagation.As the confining pressure increases,the strength of the rock also increases,while the number of internal cracks decreases,resulting in a higher cutting force required to penetrate the rock to a specified depth.Appropriately setting the spacing between cutters can effectively promote the intersection of lateral cracks between adjacent cutters,thus significantly reducing the level of cutting force needed.
