摘  要:依据金属线材反复弯曲试验标准要求,推导了金属线材在反复弯曲试验过程中所需施加扭矩的计算公式,并结合模拟软件动态草图分析功能,确定了线材弯曲时摆动角度和计算公式参数的关系,最终得出了直径4 mm的金属线材试验时需要施加的最小外部扭矩为2 N·m。设计了以伺服电机、减速机为主要驱动机构的金属线材反复弯曲试验机,减速机输出端带动弯曲摆动臂对金属线材试验样品施加外部扭矩,并进行往复回转运动。Calculation formula for torque required during process of reversed bending test of metal wire was derived in response to standard requirements for reversed bending tests of metal wire,by utilizing analysis function of dynamic sketches of simulation software,relationship between swinging angle during wire bending and parameters in calculation formula was determined.It was concluded that minimun external torque of 2 N·m is required for conducting tests on metal wire with diameter 4 mm.Metal wire reversed bending test machine was designed,with servo motor and reducer as main driving components.The output end of reducer drives bending swing arm to apply external torque to metal wire test sample and carries out reciprocating rotating motion.
