摘　　要：2024年,急诊医学领域取得了令人瞩目的进展。本文旨在系统地梳理和分析脓毒症、急性中毒、急诊创伤、心肺复苏以及人工智能在急诊医学中的应用,总结这几个核心领域的最新研究成果和进展。通过对这些关键领域的深入探讨,不仅总结当前急诊医学所面临的各种挑战和问题,也基于这些挑战提出未来的发展方向和可能解决方案,旨在为急诊医学的高质量发展提供有价值的参考和启示,以期推动急诊医学的进步与创新。In 2024,the field of emergency medicine has made a remarkable progress.This article aims to systematically review and analyze sepsis,acute poisoning,emergency trauma,cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the application of artificial intelligence in emergency medicine,and summarize the latest research results and progress in these core fields.Through indepth discussion of these key areas,not only summarized the current challenges and problems facing emergency medicine,but also proposed the future development direction and possible solutions based on these challenges,aiming to provide valuable reference and inspiration for the high-quality development of emergency medicine,in order to promote the progress and innovation of emergency medicine.
