摘 要:脑卒中是全球致死率和致残率较高的疾病,其病理过程涉及炎症、氧化应激及细胞死亡等多种机制,最终导致神经细胞的不可逆损伤。细胞凋亡、焦亡和自噬等细胞死亡途径在脑卒中后的脑损伤中扮演着重要角色。近年来,槲皮素(Qu)作为一种天然类黄酮化合物,以其显著的抗炎、抗氧化和抗细胞死亡特性而受到广泛关注。研究表明,Qu通过调节多个信号通路,能够有效减轻脑卒中后神经元损伤。然而,Qu在调控细胞不同死亡机制中的具体作用尚未完全阐明。本文系统总结了Qu在缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中后不同细胞死亡机制中的作用,并对其在卒中治疗中的潜在应用前景进行了展望。Stroke is a disease with a relatively high fatality and disability rate worldwide.Its pathological process involves multiple mechanisms such as inflammation,oxidative stress and cell death,ultimately leading to irreversible damage to nerve cells.Cell death pathways such as apoptosis,pyroptosis and autophagy play important roles in brain injury after stroke.In recent years,quercetin(Qu),as a natural flavonoid compound,has received extensive attention due to its significant antiinflammatory,antioxidant and anti-cell death properties.Studies have shown that Qu can effectively alleviate neuronal injury after stroke by regulating multiple signaling pathways.However,the specific role of Qu in regulating different cell death mechanisms has not been fully clarified.This article systematically summarizes the role of Qu in different cell death mechanisms after ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke,and looks forward to its potential application prospects in stroke treatment.
