摘  要:为探究白洋淀表层沉积物中药品与个人护理品(pharmaceutical and personal care products,PPCPs)的赋存特征和生态风险,本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测白洋淀表层沉积物中48种PPCPs,并通过风险商值法(risk quotient,RQ)评价PPCPs的生态风险。结果显示,白洋淀表层沉积物检出了37种目标PPCPs,总浓度范围在122.14~377.04 ng·g^(-1),其中罗红霉素、醋氨酚和避蚊胺为优势组分,浓度分别为68.91、61.21和43.30 ng·g^(-1)。氯霉素、加巴喷丁、咖啡因、三氯生和水杨酸是被100%检出的目标PPCPs。特定化学标志物比值结果显示表层沉积物样品中的PPCPs来源于污水处理厂出水。RQ评估结果表明,白洋淀表层沉积物中目标PPCPs除克林霉素外均处于低风险水平,PPCPs联合风险也处于低水平。研究成果可为白洋淀水体中PPCPs的风险防控提供数据支撑。To explore the occurrence characteristics and ecological risk of pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs)in the surface sediments of Baiyangdian Lake.In this study,the concentration levels of 48 types of PPCPs in the surface sediments of Baiyangdian Lake were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and evaluated the ecological risks through the risk quotient(RQ)method.The results indicated that 37 types of PPCPs were detected in the surface sediments,with a total concentration ranging from 122.14 to 377.04 ng·g^(-1).Among them,the dominant components were roxithromycin,acetaminophen,and diethyltoluamide,with concentrations of 68.91,61.21 and 43.30 ng·g^(-1),respectively.Chloramphenicol,gabapentin,caffeine,triclosan,and salicylic acid were all detected with 100%detection rate.The analysis of chemical marker revealed that PPCPs in surface sediment samples came from sewage treatment plants.The RQ assessment results demonstrated that the individual RQ of PPCPs except roxithromycin were at a low-risk level,and the combined RQ of PPCPs reached a low-risk level.This study provides data support for the risk prevention and control of PPCPs of Baiyangdian Lake.
