摘 要:为了探究贵阳红枫湖不同形态微囊藻毒素LR(microcystins LR,MC-LR)与铁的含量及比例、叶绿素a(chlorophyll a,Chl a)含量的时空分布特征及相关性,于2023年1月(冬季)、4月(春季)、6月(夏季)、10月(秋季)在贵阳红枫湖大坝(出水口)、西郊水厂(沿岸带)、后午(湖心)、将军湾(入水口)进行了4次采样分析。结果表明,总微囊藻毒素(total extracellular microcystins LR,TMC-LR)、胞外微囊藻毒素(extracellular microcystins LR,EMC-LR)、胞内微囊藻毒素(intracellular microcystins LR,IMC-LR)含量均为夏季>秋季>冬季>春季。全年EMC-LR的比例高于IMC-LR,冬季EMC-LR的比例高于其他季节。Chl a含量为夏季>秋季>春季>冬季。总铁及各种形态铁含量均为夏季最高、春季最低。夏季颗粒铁比例最低,但生物可利用的溶解铁、可溶性铁的比例最高;春季总铁及各种形态的铁含量最低且生物可利用的溶解铁、胶体铁比例最低。后午、大坝各种形态的MC-LR含量略高于西郊水厂、将军湾。将军湾Chl a含量最高、大坝Chl a含量最低。将军湾总铁含量、颗粒铁含量及比例最高,而溶解铁、可溶性铁的含量及比例最低;大坝总铁含量、颗粒铁含量及比例最低,而溶解铁、胶体铁及可溶性铁比例最高。相关性分析结果表明,可溶性铁、胶体铁、溶解铁及总铁均与Chl a、EMC-LR、IMC-LR、TMC-LR含量之间显著正相关(P<0.05)或显著正相关(P<0.01),且总铁及溶解铁(<0.45μm)与其均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究结果为红枫湖水华蓝藻及微囊藻毒素污染的监测预警及防控治理提供参考。To investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and the correlations between the contents and proportions of different forms of microcystin LR(MC-LR),different size-fractioned iron species,and chlorophyll a(Chl a)contents in Hongfeng Lake in Guiyang,four sampling analyses were conducted in January(winter),April(spring),June(summer),and October(autumn)of 2023 at four locations of Hongfeng Lake Dam(outlet),Xijiao Waterworks(coastal zone),Houwu(lake center),and General Bay(inlet).The results revealed that the content of total extracellular microcystins LR(TMC-LR),extracellular microcystins LR(EMC-LR),and intracellular microcystins LR(IMC-LR)followed the order:summer>autumn>winter>spring.Throughout the year,EMC-LR p roportion exceeded those of IMC-LR,with the highest proportion observed in winter compared with other s easons.The Chl a content was in the order:summer>autumn>spring>winter.The particulate iron proportion was the lowest in summer,whereas the bioavailable dissolved iron and soluble iron were the highest during this season.Spring exhibited the lowest levels of total iron and its various forms,as well as the lowest proportions of bioavailable dissolved iron and colloidal iron.Spatially,the MC-LR content at the Dam and Houwu sites were slightly higher than that at Xijiao Waterworks and General Bay.General Bay showed the highest Chl a content,while the Dam had the lowest.Similarly,General Bay showed the highest content of total iron and the content and proportion of particulate iron,while the lowest content and proportion of dissolved iron and soluble iron.Conversely,the Dam had the lowest total iron content,and the lowest content and proportion of particulate iron,while the h ighest proportions of dissolved iron,colloidal iron,and soluble iron.Statistical analysis indicated significant p ositive correlations(P<0.05)or highly significant positive correlations(P<0.01)between the contents of soluble i ron,colloidal iron,dissolved iron,and total iron with Chl a,EMC-LR,IMC-LR,and TMC-LR.Notably,bot
