摘  要:轮胎磨损颗粒化合物N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N’-苯基对苯二胺(6PPD)及其衍生物6PPD醌(6PPD-Q)已成为日益引起关注的新污染物。由于橡胶相关产品的大规模生产和广泛使用,6PPD和6PPD-Q已被确定在环境基质中普遍存在,具有生物毒性和生态健康风险,并可通过多种暴露途径进入人体从而对健康构成威胁。复杂的环境因素如温度、光照、臭氧浓度、水文条件以及生物作用等会对境介质中6PPD/6PPD-Q的浓度、分布及转化产生影响,且6PPD/6PPD-Q易与其他污染物产生交互作用从而影响其环境行为。本文综述了6PPD及其氧化产物6PPD-Q在环境中的污染特征,总结了其在大气、土壤和水体中的转化机制,如光解与微生物还原等,并重点阐述了6PPD/6PPD-Q的生态毒性与健康风险。在此基础上提出了控制此类新污染物的环境风险管理技术,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为进一步开展6PPD/6PPD-Q的生物毒性效应、机制研究和健康风险评估提供科学线索和参考。Tire wear particle compound N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine(6PPD)and its derivative 6PPD quinone(6PPD-Q)have become emerging pollutants that attract increasing attention.Due to the large-scale production and wide use of rubber-related products,6PPD and its oxidation product 6PPD-Q have been identified as ubiquitous in environmental matrices,with biological toxicity and ecological risks.The pollutants 6PPD/6PPD-Q can enter the human body through a variety of exposure routes,thereby posing great threats to the health of mankind.Complex environmental factors,such as temperature,light,ozone concentration,hydrological conditions and biological effects,influence the concentration,distribution and transformation of 6PPD/6PPD-Q in various environments.Specifically,6PPD/6PPD-Q ubiquitously interact with other environmental contaminants d uring the processes of migration and transformation,which influence their environmental behavior.In this paper,the pollution characteristics of 6PPD and 6PPD-Q in the environments were reviewed,and the transformation mechanisms of 6PPD/6PPD-Q in the atmosphere,soil and water were summarized,such as photolysis and m icrobial reduction.Furthermore,the ecotoxicity and health risks of 6PPD/6PPD-Q were emphasized.Furthermore,the strategies for controlling the environmental risk of these emerging pollutants were proposed,and future research aspects were also prospected.This review will provide scientific clues and references for further researches on the biological toxicological effects,transformation mechanisms,and health risk assessment of 6PPD and 6PPD-Q.
