摘  要:作为具有生物积累性的有毒金属,镉具有潜在的生态风险。本研究以斑马鱼为研究对象,探究了24 h半致死浓度下Cd在斑马鱼体内的累积水平以及Cd暴露后对存活斑马鱼体内多种金属元素稳态的影响。结果表明,暴露组斑马鱼体内Cd浓度水平(7.79μg·g^(-1))显著高于对照组Cd浓度水平(0.55μg·g^(-1));同时,Cd暴露引起斑马鱼体内多种元素稳态失调,与对照组(Mn:1.35μg·g^(-1)、Cu:0.98μg·g^(-1)、Rb:15.43μg·g^(-1))相比,Cd暴露导致Mn(2.5μg·g^(-1))、Cu(2.14μg·g^(-1))、Rb(18.31μg·g^(-1))在斑马鱼体内的水平显著增加,通过激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)分析,清晰展示了元素在组织中的分布特征,其中Mn、Cu、K、Rb这4种元素在肝脏和肠内的富集增加;另外,Cd暴露促进Sr在斑马鱼骨骼中的富集增加;Cd的暴露会使Ni的肾脏富集减少。本研究表明Cd暴露会在斑马鱼体内引起来一系列金属离子的稳态失调,因此,对Cd污染进行环境监测和健康风险评价十分必要。Cadmium,a toxic metal with biological accumulation,has the potential for ecological risks.This study used zebrafish as the model organism to investigate the accumulation level of Cd in zebrafish bodies at a semi-lethal concentration of 24 h exposure and the impact of Cd exposure on the steady-state of various metal elements in surviving zebrafish.The results showed that the Cd concentration in the exposed group(7.79μg·g^(-1))was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.55μg·g^(-1)).Meanwhile,Cd exposure disrupted the homeostasis of various elements in zebrafish.Compared to the control group(Mn:1.35μg·g^(-1),Cu:0.98μg·g^(-1),Rb:15.43μg·g^(-1)),Cd exposure significantly increased the levels of Mn(2.5μg·g^(-1)),Cu(2.14μg·g^(-1)),and Rb(18.31μg·g^(-1))in zebrafish in the exposed group.Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)provides excellent elemental tissue distribution profiles,with significant enrichment of Mn,Cu,K,and Rb mainly in the liver and intestines of the zebrafish.Additionally,Cd exposure promoted the enrichment of Sr in zebrafish bones,but reduced the accumulation of Ni in the kidney of zebrafish.This study demonstrated that Cd exposure leads to a series of metal ion homeostasis disturbances in zebrafish.Therefore,environmental monitoring and health risk assessment of Cd pollution are essential.
