应用型高校学报类型化发展的困境与出路——以《天津中德应用技术大学学报》为例

摘　　要：我国应用型高校的转型推动了应用型高校学报的类型化发展。应用型高校学报类型化发展面临着外部学术市场环境变化与高校学报整体落伍、高校学报与学术市场脱节等困境。应用型高校学报应采取提升为本校科研服务的主动性、积极性,开放办刊、主动融入应用性研究学术圈,面向当地需求、增强为地方服务的实效性等有效措施推进类型化发展。The transformation of applied colleges in our country has promoted the development of applied college journals.The type development of applied university journals is faced with such difficulties as the change of external academic market environment,the overall obsolescence of university journals,and the disconnection between university journals and academic market.Applied university journals should take effective measures to promote the type development,such as improving the initiative and enthusiasm of the university s scientific research services,opening up the journal,actively integrating into the applied research academic circle,facing the local needs and enhancing the effectiveness of local services.
