摘  要:为了提高老年人和失能人群的身心健康,减轻家庭负担,设计了一款基于TRIZ的两相出行康复外骨骼,能够实现立式行走和坐式轮椅等主要功能。利用TRIZ创新工具解决了康复外骨骼坐立转换问题,并通过ANSYS软件对负载情况下康复外骨骼样机进行静力学分析。为深入探究康复外骨骼在动态环境中的性能表现,对康复外骨骼进行运动学和动力学建模,建立虚拟样机模型并导入ADAMS软件对其进行运动仿真,通过对仿真数据进行分析,验证了设计方案的可行性,为下一步实物样机制作提供了理论依据。In order to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly and disabled people and reduce the burden of the family, it designs a two-phase travelling rehabilitation exoskeleton based on TRIZ,which is able to achieve the main functions of walking rehabilitation training and wheelchair travelling. The TRIZ innovation tool is used to solve the exoskeleton sit-to-stand conversion problem, and the exoskeleton prototype is statically analysed under load by ANSYS software. In order to explore the performance of the exoskeleton in the dynamic environment, kinematics and dynamics modelling of the exoskeleton is carried out, and a virtual prototype model is built and imported into ADAMS software for motion simulation, which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme through the analysis of the simulation data and provides a theoretical basis for the next step in the production of physical prototypes.
