摘　　要：卵巢肿瘤相关蛋白酶B1(OTUB1)作为去泛素化酶家族的成员之一,具有去泛素化活性,可以通过规范化和非规范化途径调控蛋白质的泛素化状态,从而维持蛋白质稳定和降解之间的平衡,且与多种恶性肿瘤的发病密切相关。研究表明,OTUB1在多数肿瘤中呈现异常表达,能通过调控多种信号通路参与肿瘤的发生发展,并进一步促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移,而OTUB1在肿瘤侵袭转移中的调控作用是非常复杂的。因此,通过研究OTUB1在肿瘤发生发展、侵袭转移中的作用,进一步探究其与治疗的关系,有望成为恶性肿瘤的潜在治疗靶点和判断预后的生物标志物。Ovarian tumor associated protease B1(OTUB1),as a member of the deubiquitinase family,has deubiquitination activity and can regulate the ubiquitination status of proteins through standardized and non standardized pathways,thereby maintaining a balance between protein stability and degradation.It is closely related to the pathogenesis of various malignant tumor.Research has shown that OTUB1 is abnormally expressed in most tumor and can participate in the occurrence and development of tumor by regulating multiple signaling pathways,further promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis.The regulatory role of OTUB1 in tumor invasion and metastasis is very complex.Therefore,by studying the role of OTUB1 in tumor occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis,and further exploring its relationship with treatment,it is expected to become a potential therapeutic target for malignant tumor and a biomarker for pred icting prognosis.
