摘　　要：目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术对改善恶性肿瘤患者睡眠质量、负性情绪及相关躯体症状的价值。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月在杭州师范大学附属医院住院治疗的恶性肿瘤患者50例,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例,对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理上进行VR干预,比较两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)及15项患者健康问卷躯体症状群量表(PHQ-15)评分的改善情况。结果观察组PSQI、GAD-7及PHQ-15改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR干预能改善恶性肿瘤患者的睡眠质量、焦虑情绪及躯体症状,对改善恶性肿瘤患者生活质量具有积极作用。Objective To explore the value of virtual reality(VR)technology in improving the sleep quality,negative emotions,and physical symptoms of patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of 50 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received standard nursing care,while the observation group received an additional intervention consisting of VR technology,integrated with standard nursing practices.The efficacy of the VR intervention was assessed by comparing the changes in scores on the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and patient health questionnaire-15(PHQ-15)between the two groups.Results The improvement of PSQI,GAD-7 and PHQ-15 in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VR intervention can improve the sleep quality,anxiety levels,and related physical symptoms of patients with malignant tumors,playing a positive role in enhancing the quality of life for these patients.
