血清S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D在慢性脑缺血中的表达及与免疫功能的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析血清中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)、N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-Pro BNP)、D-二聚体(D-D)在慢性脑缺血中的表达及与免疫功能的相关性。方法选取2021年6月至2024年6月南通市通州区中医院(本院)脑病科收治的慢性脑缺血患者105例为研究组;选取同期本院正常健康体检人员100名为对照组。检测S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D表达水平、免疫功能,分析S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D与免疫功能的相关性。结果与对照组比较,研究组S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D表达升高(P<0.05);与轻度组比较,重度组S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D表达升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)表达降低、CD8^(+)表达升高(P<0.05);与轻度组比较,重度组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)表达降低、CD8^(+)表达升高(P<0.05)。S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D与CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)呈负相关(P<0.05),S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D与CD8^(+)呈正相关(P<0.05)。与S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D单项诊断相比,联合检测对慢性脑缺血患者的诊断价值较高(P<0.05)。结论慢性脑缺血患者血清中S100β、NT-Pro BNP、D-D表达水平均升高,可能与疾病预测、发展及免疫功能之间存在关联。Objective To analyze the expressions of serum central nerve specific protein(S100β),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-Pro BNP),and D-dimer(D-D)in chronic cerebral ischemia and their correlation with immune function.Methods A total of 105 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy at Nantong Tongzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(our hospital)from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study group.100 individuals with normal health examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of S100β,NTPro BNP and D-D,and immune function were measured.The correlation between S100β,NT-Pro BNP,D-D,and immune function was analyzed.Results Compared to the control group,the study group showed increased expression of S100β,NT-Pro BNP,and D-D(P<0.05).Compared to the mild group,the severe group showed increased expression of S100β,NT-Pro BNP,and D-D(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group showed decreased expression of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and increased expression of CD8^(+)(P<0.05).Compared to the mild group,the severe group showed decreased expression of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and increased expression of CD8^(+)(P<0.05).S100β,NT-Pro BNP,and D-D were negatively correlated with CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(P<0.05)and positively correlated with CD8^(+)(P<0.05).The combined detection of S100β,NT-Pro BNP,and D-D demonstrated higher diagnostic value for patients with chronic cerebral ischemia compared to individual diagnoses(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum expression levels of S100β,NT-Pro BNP,and D-D are increased in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia,which may be related to disease prediction,progression,and immune function.
