摘　　要：目的探讨三维(3D)打印技术在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取在亳州市人民医院骨科2021年12月至2023年12月进行规范化培训的医师70名,采用随机数表法分为两组。对照组35名医师使用常规教学方式,观察组35名医师应用3D打印技术辅助教学。比较两组规培医师学习情况及对教学的满意度。结果观察组学习情况优于对照组,其理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩较高(P<0.05)。观察组医师培训完成后教学满意度调查问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术在骨科住院医师规范化培训教学中应用良好,有助于医师掌握理论知识及操作技巧,提升医师对教学的满意度。Objective To investigate the application of three-dimensional(3D)printing technology in standardized training for orthopedic resident physicians.Methods A total of 70 physicians who received standardized training in the Department of Orthopedics of the People’s Hospital of Bozhou from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional teaching methods,while the observation group was treated with 3D printing technology to assist in teaching.The learning situation and satisfaction with teaching of two groups of standardized training physicians were compared.Results The learning situation of standardized training physicians in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,and their theoretical and operational assessment scores were relatively higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey questionnaire scores of physicians in the observation group who completed the training were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology is well applied in the standardized training and teaching for orthopedic resident physicians,which helps them master theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and improves the physicians’satisfaction with teaching.
