摘　　要：目的探究神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2023年12月我院收治的70例ACI患者,行随机红黄球法分为对照组(红球)与观察组(黄球),每组35例。对照组给予丁苯酞治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、血液流变学(血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度)、生活质量[脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]、复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.14%,对照组临床总有效率为82.86%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分及血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度均低于治疗前,且与对照组比较,观察组治疗后NIHSS评分及血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度更低(P<0.05)。随访3个月,与对照组比较,观察组SS-QOL评分更高,复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合丁苯酞治疗ACI效果肯定,可改善患者神经功能与血液流变学水平,提升其生活质量,降低复发风险。Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with butylphthalide on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 70 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(red ball)and observation group(yellow ball),with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],hemorheology(plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity),quality of life[Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)]and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,and that of the control group was 82.86%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The NIHSS score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the NIHSS score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of the observation group after treatment were lower(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,compared with the control group,the SS-QOL score of the observation group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with butylphthalide is effective in the treatment of ACI,which can improve the neurological function and hemorheology level of patients,improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of recurrence.
