艾普拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析艾普拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:将2020年11月—2023年9月兰陵县人民医院收治的90例消化性溃疡出血患者随机分为观察组(45例,采用艾普拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗)和对照组(45例,采用白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗)。比较两组患者药物不良反应发生率、治疗效果、治疗相关指标、预后情况。结果:两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为97.78%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组溃疡愈合时间、呕血停止时间、黑便停止时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1个月,观察组再出血率(6.67%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾普拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果良好,可以对患者进行有效止血,促进康复,改善预后,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of ilaprazole combined with hemocoagulase in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:A total of 90 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from November 2020 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases,treated with ilaprazole combined with hemocoagulase)and control group(45 cases,treated with hemocoagulase).The incidence of adverse drug reactions,treatment effect,treatmentrelated indexes and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing time,hematemesis cessation time and melena cessation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the rebleeding rate in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ilaprazole combined with hemocoagulase has a good effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding,and can effectively stop bleeding,promote recovery,improve prognosis and do not increase adverse reactions.
