甲硝唑缓释片与碘甘油在牙周炎患者治疗中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较甲硝唑缓释片与碘甘油在牙周炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月桂平市人民医院收治的牙周炎患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组给予碘甘油治疗,观察组给予甲硝唑缓释片治疗。比较两组牙周健康水平、咀嚼功能、疼痛程度及炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,两组菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙周袋深度减小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咀嚼效率、咬合力提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于碘甘油,甲硝唑缓释片在牙周炎患者治疗中的应用效果更佳,可改善牙周健康和咀嚼功能,缓解疼痛,控制炎性反应。Objective:To compare the application effect of metronidazole sustained-release tablets and iodine glycerol in the treatment of periodontitis patients.Methods:A total of 64 patients with periodontitis admitted to Guiping People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iodine glycerol,while the observation group was treated with metronidazole sustained-release tablets.The periodontal health index,masticatory function,pain degree and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of plaque index and gingival bleeding index in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The periodontal pocket depth in the two groups decreased,and this parameter in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the masticatory efficiency and bite force in the two groups were improved,and these parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with iodine glycerol,metronidazole sustained-release tablets have better application effect in the treatment of periodontitis patients,which can improve periodontal health and masticatory function,relieve pain and control inflammatory reaction.
