老年人幽门螺杆菌感染的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年人幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的影响因素。方法:选取2022年2—6月于双榆树社区卫生服务中心体检的400名老年人作为研究对象,根据^(13)C尿素呼气试验结果将研究对象分为Hp阳性组(n=145)和Hp阴性组(n=255)。收集并比较两组一般资料,分析老年人Hp感染的影响因素。结果:两组性别、大蒜进食情况、食醋进食情况、饮酒情况、家族胃癌史比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组年龄、学历、烧烤进食情况、辛辣食物进食情况、外出就餐情况、高盐饮食情况、Hp了解情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经常进食大蒜是老年人Hp感染的独立保护因素,饮酒、有家族胃癌史是老年人Hp感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年人Hp感染的影响因素较多,临床可采取针对性应对措施预防老年人Hp感染。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in elderly people.Methods:A total of 400 elderly people who participated in physical examinations at the Shuangyushu Community Health Service Center from February 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the results of^(13)C urea breath test,the study subjects were divided into Hp-positive group(n=145)and Hp-negative group(n=255).The general data of two groups were collected and compared.The influencing factors of Hp infection in elderly people were analyzed.Results:There were statistically significant differences in gender,garlic consumption,vinegar consumption,alcohol consumption,and family history of gastric cancer between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in age,education level,barbecue consumption,spicy food consumption,dining out,high-salt diet,and knowledge of Hp between the two groups(P>0.05).Regular garlic consumption was an independent protective factor for Hp infection in elderly people,and alcohol consumption and family history of gastric cancer were independent risk factors for Hp infection in elderly people(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many influencing factors of Hp infection in elderly people,and targeted countermeasures can be taken in clinical practice to prevent Hp infection in elderly people.
