自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月贵州航天医院收治的错畸形患儿100例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组使用金属托槽矫治器治疗,观察组使用自锁托槽矫治器治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组炎性因子水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组发音功能、咬合功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:与金属托槽矫治器相比,自锁托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果更好,能够降低炎性因子水平和牙周指数,改善患儿的牙齿功能,提高其满意度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-locking bracket appliance and metal bracket appliance in the treatment of adolescent malformation.Methods:100 children with malformation admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects,and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with metal bracket appliance,and the observation group was treated with self-locking bracket appliance.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of articulation function,occlusal function,chewing function and swallowing function were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of plaque index,gingival index and gingival sulcus bleeding index were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.014).Conclusion:Compared with the metal bracket appliance,the self-locking bracket appliance has better clinical effect in the treatment of adolescent malocclusion,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and periodontal index,improve the dental function and improve the satisfaction of the children.
