珍黄安宫片联合常规疗法、中医康复技术在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨珍黄安宫片联合常规疗法、中医康复技术在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月大连市第三人民医院收治的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和试验组,每组50例。常规组实施常规治疗,试验组在常规组基础上采用珍黄安宫片治疗。待两组患者病情稳定,均给予中医康复技术。比较两组患者神经功能、认知能力、日常生活活动能力、治疗满意度。结果:治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,且试验组较常规组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HDS、ADL评分升高,且试验组较常规组高(P<0.05)。试验组治疗满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.001)。结论:珍黄安宫片联合常规疗法、中医康复技术在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者神经功能、认知能力,加快日常生活活动能力的恢复,提高患者治疗满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of Zhenhuang Angong Tablets combined with conventional therapy and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology in treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Dalian No.3 People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Zhenhuang Angong Tablets on the basis of the conventional group.After the disease condition of the patients in both groups was stable,they were treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology.The neurological function,cognitive ability,daily living ability and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score in the two groups decreased,and the score in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HDS and ADL in the two groups increased,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of Zhenhuang Angong Tablets combined with conventional therapy and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology in patients with acute ischemic stroke has a significant effect,and can improve patients'neurological function and cognitive ability,accelerate the recovery of daily living activities,and imp
