摘　　要：文章对高职院校学生的服装喜好、穿着习惯、心理健康状况等进行调查分析后发现,服装选择体现个人审美情趣,为帮助学生提高自我认同感、减少心理困扰,以提高心理健康水平为目的,构建包含个体认知调节、校园文化引导、家庭教育协作的多维度预防策略。After investigating and analyzing the clothing preferences,wearing habits and mental health status of higher vocational college students,the article found that clothing selection reflects personal aesthetic taste.In order to help students improve their self-identity,reduce psychological distress and enhance their mental health level,a multidimensional prevention strategy including individual cognitive regulation,campus culture guidance and family education collaboration is constructed.
