摘　　要：“深入实施人才强国战略”是国家和民族长远发展大计。北京理工大学电工电子国家级实验教学示范中心秉承“知识汲取、能力培养、价值塑造”育人理念,形成了“以历史厚重育人、以科技前沿育人、以学科广度育人、以实践伟大育人”的育人思路。围绕“实验启智创新、实践润心铸魂”,构建了四大育人分中心:实验教学分中心主建高阶实验课程体系;双创分中心主责五大俱乐部十大竞赛;科教融合分中心主导科研反哺教学;产教融合分中心主司探究型实践。多年来秉承将一张好的蓝图干到底,取得一流师资、一流平台、一流课程、一流教材、一流专业的“五精”建设成效。培养了大批通专融合、攻克卡脖子技术的红色工程科学家及高质量工科人才。“Deepening the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talent”is a major plan for the long-term development of the nation.With the plan in mind,the National Demonstration Center for Electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching(Beijing Institute of Technology)(hereinafter referred to as the“Demonstration Center”)established the educational philosophy of“educating with profound history,educating with cutting-edge technology,educating with broad disciplines,and educating with great practice”,aiming to assist our young talent in knowledge acquisition,ability cultivation,and value shaping.Centering on the idea of“experiment inspiring wisdom and innovation,practice nourishing the heart and forging the soul”,the Demonstration Center has established four educational sub-centers:an Experimental Teaching Sub-center that builds high-level experimental curriculum system,an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Sub-center that funds five clubs and ten competitions,a Science and Education Integration Sub-center that explores the feedback of scientific research to teaching,and an Industry-Education Integration Sub-center that provides inquiry-based practice.Over the years,by adhering to the idea of“carrying out one good blueprint to the end”,the Demonstration Center has built top-tier teaching staff,top-tier educating platform,top-tier curriculum system,top-tier teaching materials and top-ranking majors.The Demonstrating Center has also cultivated many patriotic engineering scientists and elite engineers with integrated general and professional knowledge that can break through the“bottleneck”technologies.
