摘  要:根据拔尖创新人才的培养要求和汽车专业人才培养的特点,探索“大汽车”视角下“一体两翼、四轮驱动”拔尖创新人才培养模式。以“立德树人”为主体,设计“整体目标翼”和“个体目标翼”,实施“四轮驱动”,即基于“动因理论”和“任务驱动”的教学设计、专业和思政相融合的教学内容重构、高素质的教学团队建设、三位一体的综合评价体系搭建。改革实践证明,该模式取得了良好的教学效果,学生的专业能力和价值素养有了明显的提高,支撑和保证了拔尖创新人才的培养。According to the training requirements for top innovative talents and the characteristics of automotive specialty,the training mode of“one body,two wings and four wheel drive”top innovative talents is explored from the perspective of“large automobile”.The teaching task of building morality and cultivating people is taken as the main body.Two target wings including overall target and individual target are designed.A method of four-wheel drive is further implemented,that is,teaching design based on motivation theory and project-driving,reconstruction of teaching content integrating specialty with ideology and politics,construction of high-quality teaching team,and construction of a trinity comprehensive evaluation system.The reform practice has proved that the mode has achieved good teaching results,and the students'professional ability and value orientation have been significantly improved,which supports and ensures the cultivation of top innovative talents.
