摘  要:鉴于目前血栓形成是心脏病、中风和静脉血栓栓塞症的根源及其对健康的危害,通过构建血栓形成过程虚拟仿真实验并加以应用,从而为培养医学生及科普民众血栓形成的基础医学知识提供有效的教育教学途径。在充分研判血栓形成过程重要知识点的基础上,利用3D Studio Max、Maya、Animate CC等多媒体工具和3D虚拟仿真技术,通过3D演示与交互呈现血栓形成、血管栓塞到组织梗死的全过程。成功构建了血栓形成过程的虚拟仿真实验系统,并在医学生的基础医学教育教学中取得了良好的效果。虚拟仿真实验系统是进行基础医学教育教学的有力工具,需要进一步拓展和深入地进行开发与应用。In view of the fact that thrombosis is the root cause of heart disease,stroke and venous thromboembolism and its health hazards,virtual simulation experiments on the pathological changes of the thrombosis process were constructed and applied,thus providing an effective educational teaching approach to train medical students and the general public on the basic medical knowledge of thrombosis.On the basis of a thorough study of the important knowledge points of the thrombosis process,multimedia tools such as 3D Studio Max,Maya,Animate CC and 3D virtual simulation technology were used to present the whole process of thrombosis,vascular embolism to tissue infarction through 3D demonstration and interaction.The virtual simulation system of the pathological changes of the thrombosis process was successfully constructed and achieved good results in the teaching of basic medical education for medical students.The virtual simulation experimental system is a powerful tool for teaching basic medical education and needs to be further developed and applied in depth.
