摘  要:为了拓展农业院校化学与材料学相关专业学生的学科视野、创新能力和综合实践应用技巧,通过科教融合,设计了一个蓖麻油基丙烯酸酯(AECO)紫外光(UV)固化膜制备与性能综合实验。利用丙烯酸羟乙酯和甲基四氢苯酐构建的改性丙烯酸对环氧蓖麻油进行环氧开环后获得AECO,再经UV辐照制备固化膜。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱证实了AECO合成成功,同时采用形貌观察、热重分析、拉伸和铅笔硬度测定以及酸碱溶液浸泡测试表征了固化膜的外观形貌、热稳定性、机械性能以及耐酸性、碱溶性。该综合实验可用于应用化学、材料化学、材料科学与工程、生物质能源与材料等专业本科生实践教学。To broaden the discipline vision,rising innovation ability and comprehensive practical application skills of students majoring regarding chemistry and materials sciences in agricultural colleges and universities,a comprehensive experiment for the preparation and performance of castor oil-based acrylates(AECO)ultraviolet light(UV)cured films is designed through the integration of scientific research and practical education.Herein,AECO is obtained by epoxy ring-opening reaction of epoxy castor oil with the modified acrylic acid formed by hydroxyethyl acrylate and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride,and can be converted into the cured film under UV irradiation.The infrared and nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectra confirm the successful synthesis of AECO.Moreover,the appearance,thermal stability,mechanical properties,acid resistance and alkali solubility of cured films are characterized by morphology observation,thermogravimetric analysis,tensile and pencil hardness measurement,and acid-alkali immersion test.The comprehensive experimental project can be used in practical teaching course of undergraduate majors including applied chemistry,materials chemistry,materials science and engineering and biomass energy and materials.
