摘  要:针对传统液压传动教学实验设备价格贵、实验内容抽象、实验过程难以考核等问题,基于Unity3D设计了一个交互性强、沉浸度高、功能完善的虚拟仿真综合实验平台。该平台实现液压实践教学中的设计性、验证性和综合性等实验的虚拟仿真以及理论知识与实验操作的考核评估。基于该平台,学生能直观地观察油液流动、阀口状态、部件运动等,使液压系统具象化;增强学生在虚拟环境下的操作与故障排除能力;提升考核评估的客观性。平台有助于激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生创新和动手能力,为提升液压传动实践教学提供一种新的解决方案。experimental content,difficult in assessing the experimental process,based on Unity3D,we designed a virtual simulation comprehensive experimental platform with strong interactivity,high immersion level,and perfect functions.The platform realizes three major types of interactive virtual simulation experiments,i.e.,design experiments of hydraulic circuit;verification experiments;comprehensive experiments,and has the function of assessment and evaluation of theoretical knowledge and virtual simulation experimental operation.Students can visually observe the hydraulic system fluid flow,valve status,component movement to enhance the operation and troubleshooting ability of the students in the absence of a physical equipment environment.It also improves the systematicity and accuracy of the assessment and reduces subjectivity.The platform helps to increase students’interest in learning,cultivate their innovation and practical abilities,and provides an innovative solution for improving the practice teaching of hydraulic transmission.
