摘  要:为培养电子信息类专业学位研究生工程创新实践能力,丰富实践教学方法与内容,构建了跨学科、跨文化的创新实践培养体系。创制了多门学科交叉的在线课程,设计了项目制培养模式,依托中日韩暑期创新工程设计项目,打造了中外互通的浸润式育人环境。学生通过项目设计、知识整合、知识应用、自我创新4个阶段的实践,从而将碎片化知识进行链接、整合、扩展,并应用于解决实际工程问题,提高了知识向能力的转化效率。实践表明,该体系能够多方位培养研究生的知识综合应用及解决实际工程问题的能力,激发创新意识,提升跨文化交流能力,发挥了实践教育在立德树人中的重要价值,为培养符合产业需求的高素质工程人才提供了强有力的技术支撑和教学参考。To cultivate the engineering innovation and practical abilities of graduated students in electronic information fields and enrich practical teaching methods and content,an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural innovation practice training system was established.The system develops several online courses that integrate multiple disciplines,and designs a project-based training model.Furthermore,an immersive and cross-cultural educational environment is created through the Summer Program for Innovative Engineering Design(SPIED)collaborated by China,Japan,and Korea.Through four stages of practice(i.e.,project design,knowledge integration,knowledge application,and self-innovation),students are able to link,integrate,and expand fragmented knowledge,and apply it to solve real engineering problems and improve the efficiency of transforming knowledge into practical skills.The practice shows that the proposed system can comprehensively cultivate graduate students’ability to apply knowledge and solve real engineering problems,stimulate innovation awareness,enhance cross-cultural communication skills,and highlight the importance of practical education in moral and ethical development.The established educational mode provides strong technical support and teaching reference for the cultivation of high-quality engineering talent that meets industry demands.
