富水地层盾构隧道洞内超前注浆浆液性能评价及优化分析

摘  要:洞内超前注浆加固作为保证复杂地质条件下盾构隧道安全施工常用方法,其注浆浆液性能决定加固方案的成败。为有效提升富水破碎岩质地层超前注浆浆液的使用性能,采用室内试验方法,分析不同因素对浆液性能的影响规律,结合灰色关联度与优劣解距离法理论,建立浆液性能综合评价值与配比相关关系模型,以确定基于综合评分最大原则的浆液最佳配合比。研究结果表明:降低水灰比和增加速凝剂、絮凝剂掺量能显著提升浆液性能。采用浆液性能综合评价方法,确定浆液性能指标权重关系为:抗水分散性>7 d抗压强度>凝结时间>渗透系数>泌水率。浆液最佳配比方案为:水灰比为0.93,速凝剂掺量为7.1%,絮凝剂掺量0.6%。此方案下实测综合评价值为91.1分,与模型偏差0.8%,验证了该模型的可靠性。Pre-grouting reinforcement in shield tunnels is a commonly used method to ensure the safe construction of shield tunnels under complex geological conditions,the performance of the grouting slurry determines the success or failure of the reinforcement scheme.Therefore,to effectively enhance the performance of grouting slurry for pre-grouting in water-rich fractured rock strata,an indoor experimental approach was adopted to analyze the influence of various factors on slurry performance.In combination with the theory of gray relational analysis and the superiority and inferiority distance method,a correlation model between the comprehensive evaluation value of slurry performance and the mix ratio was established to determine the optimal slurry mix ratio based on the principle of maximizing the comprehensive score.The research results show that reducing the water-cement ratio and increasing the dosage of accelerator and flocculant significantly improve slurry performance.Using the comprehensive evaluation method for slurry performance,the weight relationship of slurry performance indicators was determined as follows:water resistance dispersion>7D compressive strength>setting time>permeability coefficient>bleeding rate.The optimal slurry mix ratio was found to be:water-cement ratio of 0.93,accelerator content of 7.1%,and flocculant content of 0.6%.The measured comprehensive evaluation value for this mix was 91.1 points,with a deviation of 0.8%from the model,validating the reliability of the model.
