摘  要:城市轨道交通发展至今根据环评需求出现了多种减振道床结构形式,但均存在施工工序繁杂、施工进度缓慢、成本居高不下等不足。而梯形轨枕减振道床作为一种新型道床形式很好地解决了这些弊端。依托深圳地铁3号线四期高架段梯形轨枕减振道床施工,介绍梯形轨枕减振道床的结构形式及施工过程中应关注的技术难点和质量控制要点,以解决梯形轨枕减振道床施工过程中易出现的质量通病、施工工艺等问题,并对梯形轨枕减振道床提出改进建议,为以后类似工程实施提供施工经验。Up to now,with the development of urban rail transit,a variety of vibration-damping ballast bed structural forms have emerged according to the requirements of environmental impact assessment.However,these vibration-damping ballast bed forms also have deficiencies such as complicated construction procedures,slow construction progress and high costs.As a new type of ballast bed form,the ladder sleeper vibration-damping ballast bed has well solved these drawbacks.Based on the construction of the ladder sleeper vibration-damping ballast bed in Phase IV of Shenzhen Metro Line 3,this paper introduces the structural type of the ladder sleeper vibration-damping ballast bed as well as the technical difficulties and key points of quality control that should be paid attention to during the construction process.It has solved the common quality problems and construction technology problems that are prone to occur during the construction process of the ladder sleeper vibration-damping ballast bed.Additionally,suggestions for improvement on the use of the ladder sleeper vibration-damping ballast bed are put forward,providing construction experience for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
