生活垃圾分类政策下塑料回收的激励机制研究

摘　　要：文章围绕生活垃圾分类政策下的塑料回收展开研究。首先剖析了政策如何促使塑料回收体系走向完善以及推动技术创新。然后指出当前塑料回收面临公众分类投放不准确、产业链各环节衔接存在障碍、回收利用技术有待突破等困境。进而提出构建经济、法规、社会监督与宣传等激励机制,以此提升塑料回收效率,助力产业实现可持续发展。This article focuses on the research of plastic recycling under the policy of household waste classification.Firstly,it analyzed how policies can promote the improvement of the plastic recycling system and drive technological innovation.Then it is pointed out that the current plastic recycling is facing difficulties such as inaccurate public classification and distribution,obstacles in the connection of various links in the industry chain,and the need for breakthroughs in recycling technology.Furthermore,it is proposed to establish incentive mechanisms such as economic,regulatory,social supervision,and publicity to enhance the efficiency of plastic recycling and help the industry achieve sustainable development.
