开放大学课程思政协同育人困境及优化策略探究

摘　　要：在教育改革不断深化的当下,开放大学课程思政协同育人意义重大。文章先阐述其革新教育生态、赋能学生成长的价值意蕴,继而深入剖析面临的教师思政能力不足、课程融合不深、协同机制不完善等困境,最后从师资培育、课程融合、协同机制完善等方面提出优化策略,以推动开放大学思政教育发展。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the collaborative education of ideological and political education in open university courses is of great significance.The article first elaborates on the value implications of innovating the educational ecology and empowering students'growth,and then deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by teachers in terms of insufficient ideological and political abilities,insufficient curriculum integration,and imperfect collaborative mechanisms.Finally,optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of teacher training,curriculum integration,and improved collaborative mechanisms to promote the development of ideological and political education in open universities.
