摘　　要：我国河网众多,随着交通运输的发展,在众多河道上建造了为数不少的桥梁,提升交通便利的同时也给河道上航行的船舶带来了与桥梁发生碰撞的安全隐患。提出一种方案,通过采集安装在桥梁附近监测装置数据,研究一种综合优化融合算法,将AIS接收的数据和雷达探测数据进行融合,获得比较精确的目标船舶的位置,提前预知船舶的异常行为,并给予警示,避免船舶碰撞桥梁事件的发生。There are numerous river networks in our country,and with the development of transportation,numerous bridges have been built on these rivers,which not only improves transportation convenience but also poses safety hazards to ships sailing on the rivers,such as collisions with bridges.This paper proposes a scheme to collect data from monitoring devices installed near bridges,studies a comprehensive optimization fusion algorithm,fuse the data received by AIS with radar detection data,obtain a more accurate position of the target ship,predict abnormal behavior of the ship in advance,and provide warnings to avoid ship collision with bridges.
