摘　　要：通过对某卷烟厂制丝主线加香现场观察发现:加香出柜电机会出现频繁启停的现象。当通过出柜耙钉的烟丝量在一定时间内大于加香电子秤所需要的烟丝量,即由于传输物料的过饱和供应致使电机出现暂时的停歇。加香出柜电机频繁启停虽不会影响正常生产,但电机的频繁启停会带来很多不良后果。针对现场出现的加香出柜电机频繁启停这一问题,通过相应的数据采集、理论分析、参数优化,并进行实际的现场验证来解决这一问题。最后,在不影响生产时间和生产质量的情况下,将加香出柜电机的启停次数由原来的160多次降为一半。Through the cigarette factory to make the main line of incense field observation found that:incense to the output of electricity will appear frequent stop-start phenomenon.When the amount of tobacco through the container raking nail is greater than the amount of tobacco needed by the incense electronic scale in a certain period of time,that is,due to the supersaturated supply of transmission materials,the motor will stop temporarily.Although the frequent start and stop of the motor will not affect the normal production,the frequent start and stop of the motor will bring a lot of adverse consequences.Appeared on the scene of spiced out the problem of frequent start-stop motor,through the corresponding data collection,theoretical analysis,the optimization parameter and the actual on-site validation to solve this problem,finally,without affecting the production time and quality,motor start-stop times from more than 160 times reduced to half of their original cost.
