油莎豆在中速型黄羽肉鸡上的营养价值评定

摘  要:本试验旨在评定油莎豆在中速型黄羽肉鸡上的有效能值及养分代谢率。选用体重为(2.50±0.20)kg的健康70日龄雄性中速型黄羽肉鸡(麻黄肉鸡)24只,随机分为2组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只鸡。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮;待测组饲喂基础饲粮+20%油莎豆。试验期为12 d。采用全收粪法和套算法测定能量代谢指标及养分代谢率。结果显示:中速型黄羽肉鸡的油莎豆表观代谢能、真代谢能、氮校正表观代谢能和氮校正真代谢能分别为14.10、14.19、14.07和14.14 MJ/kg,总能代谢率和氮利用率分别为71.12%和34.97%,每摄入1 kg饲粮每日表观氮沉积率和真氮沉积率分别为0.11%和0.17%;粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙和磷表观代谢率分别为50.19%、99.29%、58.76%、80.29%和66.93%,真代谢率分别为62.01%、98.68%、58.76%、80.57%和75.08%。由此可见,油莎豆可以作为能量饲料原料在中速型黄羽肉鸡饲粮中添加使用。This experiment aimed to evaluate the effective energy value and nutrient metabolizability of tiger nuts(Cyperus esculentus L.)for medium-growing yellow-feathered broilers.Twenty-four healthy male medium-growing yellow-feathered broilers(Mahuang broilers)with an average body weight of(2.50±0.20)kg at 70 days of age were randomly divided into two groups,with 12 replicates in each group and one chicken per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the test group was fed the basal diet+20%tiger nuts.The trial lasted for 12 days.The energy metabolism indices and nutrient metabolizability were determined using the total feces collection method and substitution method.The results showed that the apparent metabolic energy(AME),true metabolic energy(TME),nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolic energy(AMEn)and nitrogen-corrected true metabolic energy(TMEn)of tiger nuts for medium-growing yellow-feathered broilers were 14.10,14.19,14.07 and 14.14 MJ/kg,respectively.The gross energy metabolizability and nitrogen availability were 71.12%and 34.97%,respectively.The daily apparent nitrogen retention rate and true nitrogen retention rate per kilogram of diet intake were 0.11%and 0.17%,respectively.The apparent metabolizability of crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)was 50.19%,99.29%,58.76%,80.29%and 66.93%,respectively,while the true metabolizability of them was 62.01%,98.68%,58.76%,80.57%and 75.08%,respectively.The findings suggest that tiger nuts can serve as an energy feed source in the diet of medium-growing yellow-feathered broilers.
