摘  要:本试验旨在研究放牧绵羊妊娠后期补饲不同水平的维生素A、D、E对生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响。试验选取月龄、体重[(55.38±7.26)kg]相近的妊娠后期中国美利奴羊(新疆型)40只(均为同期发情并进行人工授精),随机分为4组,每组10只,每个重复1只羊。在放牧条件下,对照组(CON组)仅补饲精料,低剂量组(L组)在补饲精料基础上分别额外添加维生素A、D、E:900、100、30 IU/kg,中剂量组(M组)在补饲精料基础上分别额外添加维生素A、D、E:1800、200、60 IU/kg;高剂量组(H组)在补饲精料基础上分别额外添加维生素A、D、E:2700、300、90 IU/kg。预试期5 d,正试验55 d。结果表明:1)M组平均日增重(ADG)和总干物质采食量(TDMI)显著高于CON组(P<0.05);与CON组相比,L组、M组、H组料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,M组干物质、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、钙、磷表观消化率均显著提升(P<0.05);各组间中性洗涤纤维及酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)M组血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。4)M组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。5)M组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05);M组和H组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于L组和CON组(P<0.05),M组和H组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05);L组、M组和H组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),M组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。综上所述,补饲精料基础上分别额外添加维生素A、D、E可以提高妊娠后期放牧绵羊�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of vitamins A,D and E supplementation on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and immune function of grazing sheep during pregnancy.Forty Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang type)with similar age and body weight[(55.38±7.26)kg]in late pregnancy were selected.All of them were in estrus at the same time and underwent artificial insemination.They were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 sheep in each group and 1 sheep in each replicate.Under the grazing condition,the control group(CON group)was supplemented with concentrate only,the low-dose group(L group)was supplemented with concentrate supplementation with 900,100 and 30 IU/kg of vitamins A,D and E,respectively,and the medium-dose group(M group)was supplemented with concentrate supplementation with 1800,200 and 60 IU/kg of vitamins A,D and E,respectively.The high-dose group(H group)was supplemented with 2700,300 and 90 IU/kg of vitamins A,D and E on the basis of concentrate supplementation,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 5 days and the normal test lasted for 55 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)and total dry matter intake(TDMI)in M group were significantly higher than those in CON group(P<0.05).Compared with CON group,the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)in L,M and H groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude fat,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus in M group was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber among all groups(P>0.05).3)The contents of serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity in M group were significantly higher than those in CON group(P<0.05),while the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and urea nitrogen(UN)content in serum of M g
