摘　　要：一步核酸扩增(one-step nucleic acid amplification,OSNA)技术是一种分子诊断技术,通过检测前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node,SLN)中细胞角蛋白19mRNA的表达水平来评估淋巴结的转移状态。其具有快速、准确、半定量、可重复性高的特点,为临床医生提供全面的淋巴结诊断信息。对于避免二次腋窝淋巴结清扫术(axillary lymph node dissection,ALND)或过度ALND具有重要意义。乳腺癌降阶梯处理模式是当前外科医生追求的治疗策略,前哨淋巴结活检(SLN biopsy,SLNB)可以帮助患者获得更精准、更为个性化的治疗,从而在保证治疗效果的同时减少不必要的治疗强度和副作用。本文就OSNA检测在SLNB中的应用进行综述。One-step nucleic acid amplification(OSNA)technology is a molecular diagnostic technology that assesses the metastatic status of lymph nodes by detecting the expression level of cytokeratin 19 mRNA in sentinel lymph nodes(SLNs).It is characterized by its rapidity,accuracy,semi-quantitative nature,and high reproducibility,thereby providing comprehensive lymph node diagnostic information for clinical physicians.It is of great significance regarding avoiding secondary axillary lymph node dissection(ALND)or excessive ALND.The de-escalation treatment pattern for breast cancer is the current therapeutic strategy pursued by surgeons.SLN biopsy(SLNB)can help patients receive more precise and personalized treatment,thereby reducing unnecessary treatment intensity and side effects while ensuring therapeutic efficacy.This article reviews the application of OSNA detection in SLNB.
