摘  要:总结静电纺羧甲基纤维素(CMC)伤口敷料的研究进展。介绍了不同方法制备的CMC伤口敷料的特点,包括CMC水凝胶、CMC膜和CMC非织造布。重点梳理了基于静电纺丝技术的CMC伤口敷料的制备技术、结构设计和功能化及生物性能研究。认为:静电纺CMC生物纳米纤维毡具备对伤口渗出液的高吸收和凝胶化止血功能,其特殊结构可作为多种药物的递送载体,促进伤口愈合和皮肤修复,但细胞毒性试验、动物试验尚在探索中,材料的性能参数及评价体系尚不完善,仍有许多问题亟待解决。The research progress of wound dressing for electrospinning carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)was summarized.The characteristics of CMC wound dressing preparation by different methods,including CMC hydrogel,CMC membrane and CMC nonwovens,were introduced.The preparation technology,structural design,functionalization and biological property of CMC wound dressing based on electrospinning technology were reviewed.It is considered that CMC bio-nano fiber felt has the function of high absorption and gelation of wound exudate and hemostasis,its special structure can be used as a delivery carrier of various drugs to promote wound healing and skin repair,but the cytotoxicity test and animal test are still being explored,the performance parameters and evaluation system of the material are not perfect,there are still many problems need to be solved.
