习近平文化思想引领中医药文化高质量发展的实践指向

摘　　要：习近平文化思想是新时代党领导文化建设的智慧结晶。新时代推进中医药文化高质量发展,必须以习近平文化思想为指导,坚持人民至上的中医药文化观,加强中医药机构文化建设,推进中医药文化宣传普及;从中医药悠久的发展历程、从对人和健康的正确认识、从与时俱进的健康照护能力中坚定中医药文化自信;在守正中捍卫中医药文化的主体性,在创新中保持中医药文化的生机活力,推进中医药文化创造性转化、创新性发展;搭建中医药文化与其他民族医药文化的沟通桥梁,彰显中医药的安全性和有效性,推动中医药文化“走出去”。To promote the prosperity and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture,it is necessary to take Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as guidance,adhere to the people-oriented view of TCM culture,strengthen the construction of TCM institutional culture,and enhance the promotion and popularization of TCM culture;it is imperative to strengthen the confidence in TCM culture by emphasizing the long history of TCM,correcting understanding of people and health,and advancing health care capabilities with the times;It is crucial to defend the subjectivity of TCM culture while upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,to maintain the vitality of TCM culture through innovation,and to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of TCM culture;It is vital to build a communication bridge between TCM culture and other ethnic medicine cultures,highlighting the safety and effectiveness of TCM,and promoting the overseas expansion of TCM culture.
