跳出历史周期率“第二个答案”的逻辑基础和实践路径

摘　　要：“自我革命”是新时代的中国共产党人给出的“跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的第二个答案”。“第二个答案”是中国共产党百年奋斗历程的智慧沉淀,具有清晰的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。“第二个答案”的逻辑脉络深刻揭示了党的人民性、革命性和批判性特征。唯有通过自我革命,中国共产党才能保持先进性、纯洁性和创新性的马克思主义政党特质。中国共产党要实现新时代的自我革命,就要立足政治建设,以创新思维和创新手段巩固党的绝对领导地位;就要打造新时代风清气正的自我革命的政治生态;就要立足新时代组织建设的新特征,持续锤炼自我革命队伍以保持强大的有生力量;就要以制度规范体系建设为抓手,夯实自我革命的制度保障。“Self-revolution”is the“second answer”given by the Communist Party of China in the new era to“escape the historical cycle”.The“second answer”is the wisdom accumulated by the Communist Party of China in its century-long struggle,with clear theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.The logical trajectory of the“second answer”profoundly reveals the people-centered,revolutionary and critical features of the Party.Only through self-revolution can the Communist Party of China maintain its advanced,pure and innovative characteristics of Marxist party.To achieve self-revolution in the new era,the Communist Party of China must base on political construction,consolidate its absolute leadership position with innovative thinking and means;create a politically pure self-revolutionary ecological environment in the new era;base on the new features of organizational construction in the new era,and continuously forge a self-revolutionary team to maintain a strong fighting force;take the construction of a systematic normative framework as a lever to solidify the institutional guarantee for self-revolution.
