隧道注浆介子掺和料改良机理及防渗性能研究

摘  要:为提高富水铁路隧道工程注浆材料防渗性能,依托福平铁路新鼓山隧道工程实践对介子掺和料(PA)进行试验,探究介子掺和料用于隧道工程注浆防渗处理时对水泥砂浆抗压强度、渗透性、凝结率、凝结时长以及砂浆黏度等因素的影响。借助电子扫描显微镜以及X射线成像分析添加改良介子掺和料的水泥砂浆内部结构状态以及成分变化,探究介子掺和料对水泥砂浆的改良机理。研究结果表明,介子掺和料掺入水泥砂浆后的凝结时长、黏度变化不明显,但砂浆的抗压强度及凝结率均得到显著提升,同时砂浆渗透性有所降低,其中取水泥质量的1.5%作为介子掺和料时注浆材料性能改良效果较好。In order to improve the impermeability of grouting materials for Fushui railway tunnel project,meson admixture(PA)was tested based on the practice of Xingushan tunnel project of Fuping railway,and the influence of meson admixture on the compressive strength,permeability,setting rate,setting time and mortar viscosity of cement mortar was explored.The internal structure and composition changes of cement mortar with improved meson admixture were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and X-ray imaging,and the improvement mechanism of meson admixture on cement mortar was explored.The results show that the setting time and viscosity of cement mortar have not changed obviously after adding meson admixture,but the compressive strength and setting rate of mortar have been significantly improved,and the permeability of mortar has decreased,among which the performance of grouting material is better when 1.5%of cement mass is used as meson admixture.
