摘　　要：糖尿病不仅对人体多个器官有影响,还会影响口腔健康,容易引起牙髓根尖周炎症的发生与加重。在此背景下,糖尿病与牙髓病及根尖周病关系的研究已成为口腔医学研究的热点,国内外学者对其影响机制做了大量研究。本文就糖尿病与牙髓病及根尖周病之间的相互作用及其作用机制进行综述,以期为糖尿病合并牙髓根尖周病的研究和诊治提供一定帮助。Diabetes mellitus not only affects several organs in the human body but also affects oral health,easily cau-sing the occurrence and aggravation of endodontic and periapical inflammation.In this context,the relationship between diabetes mellitus and endodontics and periapical diseases has become a major topic in dentistry,and the mechanism of its influence has been extensively explored.In this paper,the interactions between diabetes mellitus and endodontics and periapical disease and their mechanisms are reviewed to contribute to the research and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus com‐bined with endodontics and periapical disease.
