摘 要:以0.12C-5Mn汽车钢为研究对象,利用扫描电子显微镜和万能拉伸试验机研究了实验钢的微观组织和力学性能,采用数值模拟方法探究了实验钢在不同弯曲角度、不同材料厚度和不同凸模圆角半径下的弯曲回弹规律。结果表明:实验钢的微观组织主要是马氏体、铁素体和奥氏体,抗拉强度为1128 MPa、屈服强度为886 MPa、断后伸长率为28.92%,强塑积达到32.62 GPa·%;实验钢厚度增加,而整体回弹减小;随着弯曲角度和凸模圆角半径增加,整体回弹呈先减小后增大的趋势,回弹由正向逐渐转变为负向,弯曲角度在90°~120°时,厚度对实验钢件整体回弹的影响最小,弯曲角度在90°~100°时,凸模圆角半径对实验钢整体回弹的影响最小。提出了采用最大法向位移量来表征弯曲变形后试样的稳定性,结果显示材料厚度、凸模圆角半径和弯曲角度对法向最大位移量的影响规律与回弹的规律基本相同。对实验钢进行了弯曲变形实验,发现实验钢弯曲成形质量较好,在90°和120°弯曲变形时,材料回弹较小。Taking 0.12C-5Mn automobile steel as the research object,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental steel were studied by scanning electron microscope and universal tensile testing machine.The bending springback laws of the experimental steel with different bending angles,material thicknesses and punch fillet radiuses were investigated by numerical simulation.The results show that the microstructure of the experimental steel is mainly martensite,ferrite and austenite.The tensile strength is 1128 MPa,the yield strength is 886 MPa,the elongation after fracture is 28.92%,and the strong plastic deposition reaches 32.62 GPa·%.The thickness of the experimental steel increases,while the overall springback decreases.With the increase of bending angle and punch fillet radius,the overall springback decreases first and then increases,and the springback gradually changes from positive to negative.When the bending angle is 90°-120°,the thickness has the least influence on the overall springback of the experimental steel.When the bending angle is 90°-100°,the punch fillet radius has the least influence on the overall springback of the experimental steel.The maximum normal displacement was proposed to characterize the stability of the specimen after bending deformation.The results show that the influence laws of material thickness,punch fillet radius and bending angle on the maximum normal displacement are basically the same as that of springback.The bending deformation experiments of the experimental steel were carried out.It is found that the bending forming quality of the experimental steel is good,and the springback of the material is small when bending deformation at 90°and 120°.
