摘  要:为探究高职生生涯适应力的影响因素与内在机制,研究采用问卷法,使用高职生集体身份认同量表、主动职业行为量表、状态希望量表、生涯适应力量表,对西部某市的746名高职生进行调查并通过相关分析和Bootstrap法进行实证检验。结果发现,高职生的身份认同、主动职业行为、希望感与生涯适应力之间均存在显著正相关关系;身份认同通过主动职业行为和希望的单独中介和链式中介作用,显著影响高职生的生涯适应力。研究结果强调了身份认同在高职生生涯规划中的重要性,以及激发主动职业行为和希望感以增强生涯适应力的必要性。To explore the influencing factors and internal mechanisms of vocational college students'career adaptability,this study employed a questionnaire approach,utilizing scales for collective identity among vocational college students,proactive career behavior,state hope,and career adaptability.A survey was conducted on 746 vocational college students in a western city,with empirical testing through correlation analysis and the Bootstrap method.The results revealed significant positive correlations among students'identity recognition,proactive career behavior,sense of hope,and career adaptability.Identity recognition significantly affects students'career adaptability through the separate and chained mediating roles of proactive career behavior and hope.The findings emphasize the importance of identity recognition in the career planning of vocational college students and the necessity of stimulating proactive career behavior and hope to enhance career adaptability.
