摘　　要：全球教育体系正经历由数字技术驱动的系统性变革,教师数字素养成为教育数字化转型的核心支撑。在此背景下,数字素养已经成为高校教师的必备素养之一。虽然近年来高校的教育数字化取得了一定进展,但仍然存在数据开发与应用等问题。因此,深入分析教师数字素养在教育数字化转型中的核心地位,研究教师数字素养提升的关键路径,对于提高教育生态具有重要意义。The global education system is undergoing a systematic transformation driven by digital technology,and teachers'digital literacy has become the core support for the digital transformation of education.In this context,digital literacy has become one of the essential quali⁃ties for university teachers.Although there has been some progress in the digitization of education in universities in recent years,there are still issues with data development and application.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the core position of teachers'digital literacy in the digital transformation of education and research on the key path to enhance teachers'digital literacy are of great significance for improving the edu⁃cation ecosystem.
