摘 要:数字化时代对教育领域产生了深远的影响,推动着教育理念、教学模式、教学方法、教学评价等方面的深刻变革,数字技术为高校心理健康教育课程改革带来新契机。本文聚焦高校心理健康教育课程,深入剖析当前课程在教学师资、教学内容、教学方法及教学评价等方面存在的问题,详细阐述数字赋能高校心理健康教育课程改革的多方面体现,包括教学资源数字化拓展、教学方法多元化创新以及教学评价精准化升级,旨在为高校心理健康教育课程在数字时代实现高质量发展提供理论与实践参考。The digital age has had a profound impact on the field of education,driving deep-seated changes in educational concepts,teach⁃ing models,teaching methods,and teaching evaluations.Digital technology has brought new opportunities for the reform of mental health education courses in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on mental health education courses in colleges and universities,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current courses in terms of teaching staff,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evalua⁃tions,and elaborates in detail on the multiple manifestations of digital empowerment in the reform of mental health education courses in col⁃leges and universities,including the digital expansion of teaching resources,the diversified innovation of teaching methods,and the precise upgrading of teaching evaluations.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical references for the high-quality development of mental health education courses in colleges and universities in the digital age.
